Project Overview

Curlumen is an exploration of aesthetic latticing and light diffusion. While my bike saddle project used latticing for mechanics, this project focused on form and visual impact. I designed the spiral structure using OnShape and nTopology to create complex geometries that would be impossible to manufacture with traditional molding.

The lamp was printed in resin to achieve a high-fidelity surface finish. The lattice structure interacts with the LED light source to cast intricate shadows and diffuse light, turning the lamp into a functional art piece.
